摘要
In recent years, with the vigorous development of electronic commerce, the traditional trading behavior has been changed largely. the transaction on-line become more and more flourish, the selection space to consumer become more and more large, so consumer will must cost more time to search the products which are needed and to bargain about the products. To help consumer for searching the product which satisfy their requirements at most extent and help them purchasing the product at the lowest price, many experts and scholars have studied the negotiations Support System. Negotiations support system includes three sub-systems: they are recommendation system, ordering system and negotiation system respectively. This paper focuses on the design of decision-making model in interactive recommendation system which provides the product to meet the requirement of consumers. In view of the requirements of consumers, this system recommends the ideal product to consumer by decision-making method of mult-iattribute based on EWAA operator and LHA operator when the weight of attribute is provided by consumer with real number or based on LWM operator and HLWA operator when the weights of attribute are provided by consumer with language form, and gives an example to explain the application of this model.
