摘要
As it raises the concept "Healthy China 2030", China has vigorously focused on promoting national health. This brings into opportunities for development of sports industry. In the paper, documents consultation, method of induction and diamond model were employed, by research means on the basis of growth pole theory, strategic thought -building regional central city sports industrial "growth pole" was put forward. On the basis of the diamond model theory, by means of experts scoring, indicator system that could represent regional sports industrial competitiveness could be screened out, accordingly the major developing central cities were selected; for these central cities, reform in the form of "two characteristics and six transformations" (two characteristics refer to advancement and purity, six transformations refer to professionalize branch secretary, carry out more precise management in party members, strict with discipline supervision, normalize organizational life, operating institutionalization, long-effecting basic guarantee), enhance core competitiveness of central cities' sports industries; use "two characteristics and six transformations" as "growth pole" of regional sports industrial development, driving surrounding areas' sports industrial development from point to place, so that realize the whole regions' common development.
