摘要
The fruitful scientific international collaboration is described in this work. Studies are devoted to elaboration and use the methods and technique of aerospace VHF-radiometry for environmental purposes, for various economic and social needs in countries above. Among the collaboration topics are such as: modeling and experimental investigations of the characteristics of microwave radiation from land, water surface and atmosphere; practical application of microwave technologies for remote sensing (RS) of the environmental objects; development on this base of Geo-Information Environmental Monitoring System (GIEMS) using the RS instruments, mathematical methods and GPS devices; manufacturing microwave instrumentation, others. The paper discusses the work and progress of joint collaboration in some technical tasks - development of: mobile platform with three portable microwave radiometers on board, unmanned helicopter system with one radiometer on board, technology for detection of zones with water leakage through dykes and contouring of overmoisted territories, software for data processing and thematic interpretation, and Expert Assessment System (EAS). It is shown how one can use certain original and effective Al methods and algorithms for making valid decision and to solve concrete environmental, navigational and administrative problems. Some applications of these algorithms and decision/qualimetric rules are described - for diagnostics, for decision-making and prediction in social-and-economic area. The paper describes some details of the above collaboration, discusses the examples of work accomplishment and gives an outlook of future activities.
