摘要
Er-doped glassy AS(2)S(3) and AS(2)Se(3) films are prepared by vacuum co-evaporation of chalcogenide glass and Er chalcogenide powder. The films display strong 1.54 mum photoluminescence (PL) and keep the possibility of the photostructural transformations and photoinduced anisotropy. The used method is believed to be applied for preparation of different chalcogenide glassy films doped by various rare-earth elements. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
