摘要
Although many efforts have been put on the load balance in network and resource management systems, most of them, however, can not be applied in the service grid environment directly since they are often designed for a homogeneous system with limited scalability. It is still a challenge problem to ensure the service QoS and balance the load among service grid nodes which are often highly dynamic, heterogeneous and linked by wide-area network. In this article, a new resource selection scheme is presented for heterogeneous service with multiple QoS requirements. The proposed scheme integrates Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Cluster (FC). Simulations in service grid with heterogeneous QoS requirements reveal that the proposed resource selection method can effectively choose the suitable resource cluster through making trade-offs among network resource dynamic condition and service application, while balancing the load among service grid nodes.
