摘要：
The paper, starting with the analysis of operation of credit, summarizes the current typical operational modes of banks in China mainland and Hong Kong, and puts forward an optimized mode and detailed proposals on philosophy reshaping, structure optimization, mechanism construction and environment creation for the management of credit of commercial banks in China mainland, through the comparison and analysis of the difference in business philosophy, operational mechanism, business operation and types of loans between the above two modes.
