The influence of current carriers on the interaction between impurity dipoles in semiconductors with a ferroelectric instability is considered. The effective mass approximation for carriers and the harmonic approximation for optic phonons are used. The renormalization of the LO phonon dispersion law due to the interaction with carriers leads to drastic changes in the radial dependence of both isotropic and anisotropic parts of dipole-dipole interactions via the host crystal.
