摘要
Supply chain management, as the 21st century new management model, adapted to the era of global economic competition what Chinese enterprises are faced with. Research on the information risk of supply chain management for guiding Chinese enterprises in the implementation of the supply chain management process in how to avoid the risks and maximize the economic benefits has important practical significance. Starting with the analysis of changes in the business environment since the 1980's, this paper raised the need to Study the issue. This paper pointed out that the traditional "information risk" concept is defective and proposed the author's thinking about it. In the premise of this concept, starting from the supply chain information flow and the "principal-agent" relationship, this paper analyzed the supply chain management of the information risk. And on the basis of theoretical analysis, through the creation of models and theoretical explanations this paper presented the corresponding information risk prevention measures.
