摘要：

Pemphigus is an autoimmune bullous disease that may be influenced by genetic and exogenous factors. The characteristic presentation of Pemphigus is the presence of widespread flaccid blisters and erosions erupting on the skin and oral mucosa. Drugs are a top cause of pemphigus. There is an essential requirement during taking the systematic history to achieve the medication causing this same considering the challenges required in the diagnosis of drug-induced pemphigus. Patients frequently use various drugs, for different comorbid diseases. Some of the drugs used by the patient may have an extended latency period from the time of exposure to the onset of the disease. Discontinuing the causative medication in question should decrease the clinical manifestations and decrease the overall expense of management.
