摘要：

The paper deals with development projects funded by the World Bank. In the first part, we are describing the expert opinions on the system of the World Bank's development activities and their effectiveness. In the second part, we focus on active projects in Europe and Central Asia in the field of water resources. Development projects in this area are provided to the states in all categories of income levels.
