摘要
Telemedicine is facing lot of challenges for the first aid treatment to heart attack, stroke, accident, fire accident of patients where the Doctors are not available. When rescuing car crash, the accident patient should be carried via an ambulance bus, the vital signs of the wounded should be monitored and to take first aid treatment inside of the bus to avoid sudden death or major injuries. Additionally, the patient situations videos are taken by digital cameras are sent to the hospital in real-time from ambulance bus. When the heart failure patient travel in train requires first aid treatment inside of the train and has to communicate health specialist via high speed internet. Similarly, the boat is needed for safety of the affected people by the flood water and need first aid treatment to sick patients. Hence, it is proposed to develop an internet based telemedicine communication system that connects ambulance bus, train and boat for emergency treatment.
