摘要
In recent years on the background of finance crisis, large fluctuation of international foodstuff price and frequent natural disaster, our country put foodstuff security at an important location. Heilongjiang province as our nation's vital foodstuff producing area, put forward the plan of fifty billion kilos of foodstuff in 2008.This program looked toward Heilongjiang's status in all country's marketable grain depot and fmally supported consistent foundation for our country's foodstuff security. This paper empirically analyses the primary influencing factors of production capacity of Wheat in Heilongjiang. At last, it gives suggestions for improving Heilongjiang's Wheat of production capacity and realizing the project of fifty billion kilos foodstuff.
