摘要：
The early stage of carbonization of the industrial polyimide film based on pyromellitimide was studied under various high-temperature operating conditions. The mechanisms of intramolecular and intermolecular thermochemical reactions of polyimide structures and the products of their degradation were studied by spectral and thermal analyses. The materials-science characteristics of polyimide carbonizates, practically important for high-temperature operation of polypyromellitimide films and fibers, were determined.
