摘要：

A 38 year old woman with hypertension and polycystic kidney disease suffers from a fatal subarachnoidal hemorrhage during sexual intercourse with her husband. Death during coitus of females seldomly is caused by coronary heart disease, but it is more often due to certain congenital predispositions involving hypertension or cerebral microaneurysms. The yearly incidence of female sudden cardiovascular death during coitus in general is 0,017/100.000.
