This case study aims to investigate and explain the role of educational programs of Mazandaran University on nurturing students' entrepreneurial specifications. So, it was reviewed literature of entrepreneurial specifications in general and nurturing them by educational programs in special. The statistical population and sample was 2601 and 335 people, data collection instruments were documents and special questionnaire with reliability of 0.90 as non experimental survey research. The statistical tests were T Student, Alpha Cronbach and Friedman for explaining the role of educational programs of Mazandaran University on nurturing entrepreneurial specifications of students. The results of research shows that, the educational programs of Mazandaran University were not success on nurturing students entrepreneurial specifications such as creativity and innovation, independence, risk-taking, progress motivation, internal control and etc. while complementary results of research shows that students have necessary circumstances for nurturing these specifications. Finally, discussion and comparison, conclusion and suggestions have been presented.
