Dynamic effect on the structure of X-ray photoelectron spectra of lanthanide fluorides and oxides

摘要
Dynamic effect on the fine structure of X-ray photoelectron spectra of lanthanide oxides and fluorides is discussed. The Ln4p electron spectra are considerably complicated by the interaction between the configurations of the main one-hole and additional two-hole final states of 4p (5)4d (10)4f(n) <-> 4p (6)4d (8)4f(n+1) type. The effect of the nature of atoms in the nearest environment of lanthanide ions on the fine structure parameters is evaluated.
