摘要：

Analysis of damages of such elements of barrel where fatigued cracks appear during the barrel exploitation time was performed. Normative calculations which confirmed sufficient strength of the barrel were implemented. To substantiate heightened level of stresses in local areas of the barrel the additional calculations were performed in accordance with elaborated modes of loading. During CAE simulation the risky levels of stresses in mentioned areas without damages, with damages and repaired damages were obtained as a result of simulation. Recommendations for preparing and counting of results of calculating models in areas of damages and concentrators of stresses are given. The changes in resource of barrel of tank car, depending on the type of damage and variants of damage repair, were defined.
