摘要
A new kind of quaternary system piezoelectric ceramics PMN-PNN-PZT has been studied. It can be sintered at 820 degreesC similar to 960 degreesC still with excellent properties. The piezoelectric properties of this materials are as follow: K-p=0.62 similar to0.74, d(33)=(530 similar to 705)x10(-12)C/N, tan delta less than or equal to 250x10(-4), epsilon (T)(33)/epsilon (0)=3016 similar to 4038. The microstructure was analyzed by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The experimental results show that both low-firing and high performance can be obtained by technical route of transition liquid phase sintering. It has a good application prospect in multilayer devices and thick film.
