摘要
The electrochemical detection of H2O2 and glucose based upon chitosan-stabilized silver nanowires (CS-AgNWs) onto a modified glassy carbon electrode is demonstrated. AgNWs synthesized through polyol process with high yield were used as electrocatalytic material to construct the modified electrode. CS-AgNWs modified glassy carbon electrode without enzyme (CS-AgNWs/GCE) exhibits excellent catalytic performance toward H2O2 reduction with sensitivity of 24.34 mu AmM(-1)cm(-2). Furthermore, the enzyme electrode prepared by immobilizing glucose oxidase (GOx) on the CS-AgNWs (CSAgNWs/GOx/GCE) exhibits well defined redox peaks at -0.65 V. Peak current increases with increasing the glucose concentration from 1 to 12 mM with sensitivity to glucose of 14.6 mu AmM(-1)cm(-2). Consequently, this CS-AgNWs modified electrode is a promising candidate for H2O2 sensor and enzyme-based glucose biosensors.
