摘要：

Vibrio vulnificus is a serious opportunistic human pathogen, which can cause primary septicemia, wound infection and gastroenteritis. In this case, wound and blood culture failed to grow the pathogen and a next-generation sequencing method was used to detect the pathogen as V. vulnificus. (C) 2019 The Authors.
