摘要：

This paper established an evaluation system for Industry Intellectual Capital, which was used in analyzing economic size and structure, per capita investment in human capital and physical capital, labor productivity and intellectual capital value-added efficiency in Shanghai three major industries. Based on summarizing the development features of Shanghai industry intellectual capital, this paper puts forwards some policy proposals on the future development of intellectual capital.
