摘要
Based on the feature of the permeability of the ferrite materials in layered composite magnetoelectric materials changing with the bias magnetic fields, combining the layered composite magnetoelectric materials with parallel coupled microstrip filter, a novel electrically and magnetically tunable parallel coupled microstrip bandpass filter is demonstrated in this paper. The filter can realize the shift of passband under the external bias magnetic fields and electrical fields, that is, the filter has the double tunable function of magnetically coarse tuning and electrically fine tuning. Due to small volume, high efficiency, low energy consumption and lower noise, moreover, convenient to integrate with semiconductor process device, the filter has a good application prospect in the field of microwave communications..
