摘要
Automatic reclosing is very effective method of improving the power system reliability. However, the reclosing on permanent fault could be harmful to electric apparatuses. To avoid reclosing on permanent faults, a new method has been proposed. The method bases on real-time parameters estimation of signals and on analysis of the estimation errors using a neural network.
