摘要：
Engineering management is a new discipline with a lot of development potential. This major is aimed at producing advanced management personnel of versatility. Our country's membership of WTO has set a higher demand for such personnel. This paper discusses the characteristics of Engineering management, the current situation facing this discipline, and the problems unsolved so far, and on such basis, the solution and strategies in coping: with the problems.
