摘要：

With the establishment and development of the socialist market economy, China's macro-regulation system and finance system have become the most important means of regulation. Financial macro-regulation, however, exists still many obstacles that has seriously hampered the development of China's economy. So it is an urgent need to improve the financial macro-regulation.
