摘要
3D Model of the Automobile clutch cover assembly test bench pusher is built by SolidWorks and then the whole system is transferred to the software of ANSYS. Use of ANSYS software receives the figure that distribution of the displacements and stress, and investigates the usual dangerous section of the pusher in theory, then gets the first ten intrinsic frequencies and the vibration model, and analyzes the actual vibration of the pusher. The result of static analysis showed that the pushing board design is rational and its deformation is in reasonable range. The result of model analysis showed that the pusher has not emerges of the gantry on dynamic performance.
