摘要
In the present study, two selected jujube genotypes (20-C-51 and 20-C-52) were used. The effects of different growth regulator combinations, carbon sources (sucrose, glucose and fructose) and silver nitrate concentrations on in vitro propagation of jujube were investigated. The highest percentage of explants that produced shoots (100 %) and the number of shoots per explant (5.5) were obtained on MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg L-1 TDZ + 0.5 mg L-1 BAP + 0.1 mg L-1 IBA + 0.3 mg L-1 GA(3). Different amounts of carbon sources and silver nitrate did not increase the percentage of explant that developed in to shoots and the number of shoots per explant. The highest rooting percentage (76.7 %) was obtained on MS and half-strength MS media supplemented with 2.0 mg L-1 IBA.
