Bigger and bigger. A novel, isothermal DNA detection method has been developed that contains two successive amplifications and integrates both a protein enzyme and a DNA enzyme. The current detection limit is 1 pM. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
