摘要
To improve the quality of shoes, extensive testing was applied to obtain a high comfort shoe model based on human biomechanics and the interaction system of human-shoes. By studying the mechanical properties of the human body on two aspects: joints and muscles, the mechanical conduction model of the lower limbs was established through the foot testing, and found that Pedar foot measuring points was simplified from 99 to 25 through the association rules reduction algorithm which does not change people's comfort degree. The experiments showed that this method is feasible, and the simulation results and actual test results have a high degree of anastomosis. Hence, virtue human-shoes system makes the enterprises to avoid the unsuitable shoes products entering the market in the digital design stage of shoes whereas it can make enterprises to save the cost of the product development.
