摘要
We propose an all-silicon temperature-insensitive Mach-Zehnder interferometer designed for biosensing applications. The interferometer demonstrates near-zero temperature sensitivity of 1.2 pm/degrees C near 1550 nm wavelength with a bulk sensitivity of -465 nm/ RIU.
