摘要
Micro-fabricated waveguide filters are presented. The 300 mu m thick micro additive fabrication technique allows the batch fabrication of low loss integrated metal waveguide filters for W-Band applications. 88.7 GHz 2-Pole and 4-Pole bandpass filters, with 5% fractional bandwidth have been fabricated and measured. Measurements are in good agreement with simulations, without post fabrication tuning.
