摘要
In the face of various needs frorn customers, QFD is applied generally as a switch frorn the individual needs to product designs customized while mass customization production is popular. But there is a contradiction between infinite individual needs and finite customized product configuration, how to overcome this obstacle is critical to enhance customers' satisfaction. In this essay the author tried to provide a way-out to crack it while keeping an eye on customers' ideals product and product aggregate that certain enterprises can provide based on QFD and PDM.
