摘要
We demonstrate three-photon fluorescence adaptive-optics system based on 1660-nm femtosecond pulses and MEMS spatial light modulator. We use the higher nonlinearity of the signal resulting in x700 improvement in fluorescence beads signal after aberrations correction.
