摘要
In this paper, we firstly introduce the development of the service quality and the SERVQUAL evaluation model. Then based on the publication from the other evaluation of the service quality, we make some improvement in the weighing values for assessment. We use the dates from the questionnaire surveyed in Henan tourist industry to construct the evaluation model. And after the analysis, we find some problems in the service quality of Henan tourist industry. In the end of this paper we put forward some feasible measure and policy to enhance the service quality of Henan tourist industry
