Form is an important and Indispensable part in the official document transaction, It is difficult to satisfy the user's need by solid user's need in program, which the ability of transplant and expanse will also be limited. Due to the user's need is variable, so design a flexible form transact framework based on the metadata and xml, which realize the management for dynamic and access control.
