摘要
The absence of peace is what causes war. There are many types of wars: from armed conflicts to those that come from personal conflicts which are not solved, no matter how small they may be. In any case, education for peace covers many areas that children and young people must learn throughout their compulsory education. There are many ways to work education for peace and respect for others and their opinions. One of them is the reading of any type of literary text, in which the peace component can be approached from different perspectives. In our work, we will propose the reading of literary texts for Primary Education in which the didactics of peace can be worked from a universal viewpoint. Thus, we will provide with different titles of Literature for Children in which the protagonists embody values of peace such as tolerance, listening, empathy for the other and forgiveness. These are texts published in the 21st century by national and international authors
