摘要：

Thiosemicarbazide reacted with 2,3-diaminopyridine to give 1,2-dihydro-3-thioxopyrido [2,3-c] 1,2,4-triazine 1 in fairly good yield in a solvent free reaction under thermal and microwave irradiation. 1 was reacted with 1,3-dibromopropane to afford a novel heterocyclic system 1,3-triazino [2,3-c] pyrido [2,3-e] 1,2,4-triazine 2.
