Agro-food exchange market is probably the oldest and the biggest market in the world; food commodities exchanges have probably represented the first concrete forms of manifestation of people Is character, social status; at the same time, beside the longest evolution of a phenomenon still in progress, we also probably discuss about one of the most developed (perfected, refined) forms of human activity; starting from the actual commodities exchange, continuing with the emergence of transactional and goods mediator, with the emergence and development of commerce increasingly expanded geographically up to international commerce.
