摘要：

Microarray data has the features of small samples, high dimensions and non-linear, it is difficult to categorize the data directly and it needs to extract the main genes which are important for the classification, so feature extraction is the basis of classification. This paper proposes a new feature extraction algorithm based on GA/SVM, this algorithm has been applied to two microarray data sets (Leukemia and Colon) and achieved 100% classification accuracy respectively.
