摘要
A novel 2:1 Wilkinson power divider integrated with two bandpass filters is presented in this article.The proposed device exhibits the unequal power splitting function with a bandpass response. The phase and impedance characteristics of the bandpass filters can be conveniently tuned to realize impedance transformation. Thus they can replace the quarter-wavelength transmission lines of the unequal Wilkinson power divider. The integrated device results in lower insertion loss and smaller circuit area, as compared with the cascaded connection of an unequal power divider and two filters. For demonstration, a 2:1 power divider integrated with bandpass filters is implemented. Comparisons of the measured and simulated results are presented to verify the proposed design.
