摘要
The one-dimensional radial Schrodinger equation is solved numerically by means of the discrete variable representation method. This is based on a grid representation of the quantum mechanical wavefunction and may be introduced on the basis of at rigorous variational principle. The method has been applied to the calculation of the energy spectrum of three representative models: quantum particle moving in a quadratic potential. hound state energy levels of a diatomic molecule. and spectrum of hydrogen atom.
