摘要
We achieved a higher luminance of 630 cd/m(2) in EL devices employing ZnS phosphors which were sintered in a quartz type vacuum tube using an electric furnace. Moreover, it was found that EL characteristics were extremely sensitive to the degree of external sintering temperatures.
