摘要
Nanostructured ZnO films are hydrophobic. The effects of O-2 plasma treatment on the wetting properties of the ZnO film surfaces were studied. The O-2 plasma treatment makes the nanostructured ZnO films superhydrophilic and helps to enhance the absorption of the dye molecules on the nanostructured film.
