Magnetic behavior of the diluted magnetic semiconductor (CuIn)(1-x)Mn-2x,Te-2

摘要
In this study we report about the magnetic properties of (CuIn)(1-x)Mn2xTe2. The magnetization measurements on samples with Mn concentrations up to x = 0.5 showed a similar behavior as other diluted magnetic semiconductors. An analysis of the spin glass freezing temperatures suggests a farther reaching and stronger interaction between the Mn ions than in the corresponding II-VI compounds Zn1-xMnxTe and Cd1-xMnxTe.
