摘要
Along with the increasing customer participation, more and more companies encourage customers innovating in their new products developments. This paper discusses the motivations of customers participating innovations, the reasons that companies promoting customers participating innovations, expounds the fields of customers participate innovations, and discusses the effectives of customer innovation pro and con.
