摘要:
A novel video coding algorithm based on intraframe and interframe joint prediction in wavelet domain is described ill this paper. We propose a BZT(block zero tree)coding scheme that represents the position of zero coefficients block efficiently. For nonzero coefficients block. temporal redundancy is removed using multiresolution motion estimation(MRME). The proposed algorithm improves the coding performance significantly over the baseline MRME technique. In addition, the computational complexity is further reduced.
