摘要
Hand Gesture Recognition is a dynamic area of research. For different application, different gesture recognition techniques are used. In this paper hand gesture recognition is implemented for traffic light control system(TLC). Thresholding Algorithm is used for recognition purpose. The accelerometer sensors are used to sense the gesture of hand Using ARM based control unit. To indicate the traffic light's, LED's are used. XBee, SD card and Speaker are used for as transceiver, storage purpose and important announcement respectively.
