摘要
Electromyography and electro-neurography are important technics in the neuropediatric and neurologic diagnostic process. In this article we show, how these methods can be used in a systematic and structured way in order to diagnose certain neuropediatric diseases or in order to guide the further diagnostic process. First the common techniques are presented and the specific aspects for the paediatric patients are described. In the second part of the article the systematic usage of the common electromyography and electro-neurography techniques are demonstrated by six case reports with patients from the complete paediatric age spectrum.
