摘要
This work is devoted to the numerical (FE) study of the influence of crucible and submerged heater rotation on the distribution of doping gallium in germanium crystals grown by Bridgman method with submerged heater. The influence of crucible and submerged heater rotation on the impurity distribution in the melt and in the crystal for constant and oscillating rotation speeds is shown for the earth conditions and weightlessness conditions.
