摘要
The electrochemical reduction of SiO2 was performed in a molten BaCl2-CaCl2-NaCl-SiO2 system at 923 K. A 3-mu m-thick Si layer was deposited by potentiostatic electrolysis at -1.60 V (Ag+/Ag) for 3.0 h. The structural and light-emitting properties of the obtained silicon were studied by Raman scattering spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy indicated that the Si has emitted visible light in the range of 530-820 nm.
